Refunds & Exchanges

To obtain a refund or exchange you must meet all the requirements below:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days with original invoice
  • Items are unworn, unwashed and in it’s original condition
  • Items must have all tags attached
  • Items must not have any stains including cosmetic stains eg, make up / fake tan and food or drink.
  • Items must not have rips, tears or snags from accessories eg,Jewellery
  • For hygiene purposes we do not exchange bodysuits
  • No exchanges on change of mind items
  • No returns on sale items

 

What if my items is faulty?

If your item is faulty we ask for images displaying the fault. Once our team has assessed the claim we will arrange a refund accordingly.

A refund will only be assessed if your claim is put through during the first 14 days of purchase and has not been worn. Tags must still be attached.

What classifies an item as faulty? 

For an item to classify as faulty there would have to be physical and visual fault with the item for example: rips, discoloration, strap not attached etc. If you are confused whether your item is faulty or not, contact our friendly team.  Info@akayboutique.com.

Can i cancel my order?

Unfortunately you can't cancel or change your order with AKay Boutique.
